Nexxus Care are looking for a full‑time Care Home Coordinator to join Bracken House in Burntwood. The role involves providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the care home. Hours will be discussed during telephone screening.
Duties
* Scheduling care assistant rosters
* Submitting payroll
* Care home finances
* Cash handling – ensuring accurate records are maintained and receipts are issued
* Maintaining accurate petty cash systems
* Updating third‑party suppliers, family members and health‑care professionals
* Using IT packages – knowledge, understanding and practical experience required
* Developing knowledge and skills with current technology used in care homes
Ideal Candidate
* Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in the care sector
* Knowledge of effective rostering and forward planning
* Experience with Access Workspace/Evo products is advantageous
* Experience of technology systems, auditing processes and confident communication (verbal and written)
* Willingness to work independently and as part of a close‑knit care team
