Job Description
We are currently working with a Local Authority in Lancashire/Manchester that is looking to appoint an experienced Class 2F Registered Building Inspector to support their busy Building Control service on an initial 6-month contract. They are happy to wait for the right candidate if you have a bigger notice period.
The Role:
* Managing a mixed caseload of domestic and commercial developments.
* Carrying out site inspections and ensuring compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022 and Building Regulations.
* Providing professional technical advice to applicants, developers, and members of the public.
* Maintaining accurate records and delivering a high standard of customer service.
They are looking to pay £65-75 per hour (OUTSIDE of IR35) and can offer flexible working.
