About The Role
We are looking for an analytical individual with a love for data, detail and building relationships to join us as a Recharging Analyst in our Bristol office. You will analyse our client’s energy and meter data, validate utility invoices and meter readings, and produce detailed reports. You will also create recharges for tenants and process change of tenancies. Training will be provided if you have an evidenced analytical and technical background and can utilise data to present solutions.
Responsibilities
* Provide an excellent client experience to internal and external stakeholders
* Complete invoice checks and tariff-based validation on electricity, gas, water, heating and cooling invoices
* Generate batches of invoices, analyse cost and consumption against previous periods, and review anomalies
* Produce weekly batch files for clients to process payments
* Keep query and savings logs up to date, raise queries and resolve errors with suppliers when invoices are incorrect
* Process and follow up on change of tenancies
* Create and deliver monthly/scheduled recharge invoices for tenants
* Manage multiple sources of meter data for use in recharging
* Calculate targets and budgets and review on-accounts where required
* Produce portfolio-wide reports and issue to clients accordingly
* Review metering schematics to mobilise RICS standard recharging methodology for clients
* Produce and maintain relevant documentation and reports
Qualifications and Skills
* Previous recharging experience is desirable
* Experience in a technical and data-driven role
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and solution development
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to manipulate data with formulas
* Understanding of all components of a utilities bill and/or metering would be highly desirable
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to discuss and resolve complex issues with suppliers, clients and internal stakeholders
* Systems link experience desirable
* Eligibility to work in the UK
