About The Role
Are you ready to take your culinary career to the next level? We’re on the lookout for a Junior Kitchen Manager to join our vibrant Restaurant & Quick Serve department in beautiful Bognor Regis. This is a fixed-term maternity cover role for 12 months.
In this exciting position, you will report directly to the Senior Kitchen Manager and play a crucial role in leading a dynamic team of up to 10 team members per shift. Your mission? To make our guests smile! You’ll ensure that they remain at the heart of every operational decision.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Resource planning, recruitment, and selection to build the best team.
* Monitoring guest experiences and developing action plans for continuous improvement.
* Managing food cost budgets through effective menu planning and cooking to standards.
* Ensuring compliance with food hygiene standards and health & safety regulations.
Typical working hours: This role is based on 40 hours per week, across 5 days over 7, with a variety of shifts between 7am - 3am, depending on the restaurant's opening hours.
