Role Details:
Supporting 4 ladies with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health concerns in a quiet residential bungalow in Crossmyloof, Glasgow. The role involves supporting daily routines, ensuring safety, and engaging in community activities.
Requirements:
* Female support worker (due to the nature of support)
* UK driving license (preferred, as the ladies share a car)
* Upbeat, confident, independent, and proactive
* Able to use own initiative and plan activities
* Flexible support times over 7 days, including long days, evenings, and waking nights
