Description: Full-time URGENT DENTAL CARE DENTIST required for 3-5 days per week in a busy, INDEPENDENTLY OWNED PRACTICE near Filton, Bristol.
* £450 PER DAY (GUARANTEED RATE) - URGENT DENTAL CARE PATIENTS ONLY

* Monday - Friday only

* 4 surgery practice SOE software

* Local Area Team confirmation
* GDC certificate
* UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years

* Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
