Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant Delivering consistently exceptional guest service Supervising, motivating, and guiding the team during service Maintaining high service standards in line with Rosette aspirations Assisting with team training and development Acting as a point of contact for guests, ensuring a polished yet welcoming experience This is more than a service role, it’s a key position within a restaurant on an exciting upward trajectory.
