About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Resources Administrator to support the purchase ordering process within our dynamic IT department. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing procurement workflows, liaising with vendors, tracking orders, and ensuring timely delivery of critical IT resources. Your work will directly support the department’s ability to deliver cutting‑edge technology solutions across the university.
You’ll collaborate closely with IT managers, finance teams, and external suppliers to maintain accurate records, streamline purchasing procedures, and uphold compliance standards.
