Overview
As a Bank Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. You'll assist with daily living, providing support and companionship and sharing great moments and memories too. It's a chance to bring your dedication and compassion to a fulfilling environment. As a Bank Care Assistant, you could be doing anything from supporting residents with their food and drink and following care plans to ensuring that each of our residents has one-to-one time. Responsibilities
* Support residents with daily living, food and drink, and following care plans
* Provide one-to-one time with residents and deliver compassionate care and companionship
* Support residents to enjoy meaningful moments and maintain their wellbeing
Qualifications
* Some experience of caring for older people
* A can-do approach and excellent communication skills
* Empathy, warm-heartedness, and the compassion needed to deliver high-quality care
* Willingness to undertake training to thrive in the role

As this is a Bank position to provide cover as and when needed (e.g., annual leave or sick leave), the hours and days worked will vary.
