Senior Quantity Surveyor - Key Responsibilities
Deliver full pre- and post-contract QS services across a portfolio of projects
Produce cost plans, procurement advice, tender documentation and evaluations
Manage contract administration under JCT and NEC contracts
Lead client meetings and represent the business as a trusted advisor
Oversee valuations, variations, reporting, and final accounts
Mentor and support junior staff while contributing to a positive team cultureSenior Quantity Surveyor - Candidate Requirements
5+ years' experience in a consultancy environment
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying (RICS accredited)
MRICS preferred or working towards chartership
Strong experience managing projects independently
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive, commercially astute and solution-led mindsetIn Return
Salary of £70,000 - £80,000
