NHS Tayside is seeking an exceptional strategic leader to shape the future of health and care for almost half a million people across Angus, Dundee, Perth & Kinross and North East Fife. As Director of Strategy, Planning, Performance & Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in driving system-wide reform, enabling sustainable services, and improving population health outcomes.
As a key member of the Chief Executive Team, you will lead strategy development, long-term planning, performance management and transformation programmes across the organisation. You will champion partnership working across local authorities, HSCPs, community planning partners, the third sector and national bodies—ensuring integrated pathways, aligned priorities and coherent delivery across the system.
We are seeking a visionary, values-driven leader with a strong track record of delivering complex organisational change in a large public system. You will bring deep experience in strategic planning, operational leadership, performance improvement and system transformation, along with the resilience, integrity and compassion required to lead change at scale.
If you're motivated by purpose, partnership and the opportunity to deliver long-lasting change for the people of Tayside, we would welcome your application.
