Job Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a relief Level 2 – Care and Support within our Children’s Safe Accommodation provision in Ceredigion. These roles will work on a rota to cover day and night shifts supporting the needs of the service and will be a fundamental part of a wider team including a Registered Manager, Assistant Manager and Level 3 – Care and Support.
Key Responsibilities
* Cover day and night shifts within the Children’s Safe Accommodation provision.
* Support the needs of the service as part of a wider team.
Qualifications and Desired Attributes
* Passionate about promoting a child‑centred approach to practice.
* Solid career history in children’s residential care or similar care and support provision.
* Fluency in Welsh is preferred but non‑Welsh speakers are welcomed.
* Will be required to have an Enhanced DBS check.
