We have a fantastic full-time opportunity for a Digital Systems Trainer t o support in the delivery of our transformation projects. This is an exciting time to join the Talent and Development team if you have ever wanted to develop your skills in learning and development as we continue our ambitious People first journey as part of Velocity.
The main purpose of this role will be to work closely with the Change and Transformation teams to develop and deliver high quality training on Speedy Systems throughout the business as they change and evolve and new ones are introduced with the roll-out and delivery of transformation projects. We will provide all training and support to develop you in these skills, you just need knowledge of Speedy Systems, in particular D365.
There will be significant travel to all of our depots and locations as part of this role to support the roll-out of key project and change across the business so flexibility and willingness to travel is essential.
We will develop your skills in being able to utilise our learning management system and eLearning tools and we will train you to be able to develop and deliver a suite digital learning modules as well as practicaland engaging face to face and virtual workshops, in support of Speedys wider strategic aims.
What youll need:
Excellent knowledge of Speedy systems such as D365
Some experience of developing and delivering engaging and informative training to a high standard in digital, virtual and classroom environments as appropriate - remove
To be a clear and articulate communicator able to engage and influence key stakeholders
Exceptional attention to detail
Possess effective planning and organising skills with the ability to prioritise in alignment with business needs
Proactive approach to working in a fast-paced environment
Be a team player
The ability to inspire others to achieve their potential
