Field Team Leader (Retail / Brand Activations) – Part Time
Salary: £26,480 – £29,000 FTE (pro-rata £10,592 – £11,600 for 14hrs/week) + bonus + expenses
Location: Cambridge, Bury St Edmunds & surrounding areas
Working: 14 hours per week across 2 days (Friday – Sunday)

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to support and develop a high-performing field team delivering in-store sampling and brand activations across your region. Your Mission:
Working for Smollan as a Field Team Leader, you will support the Regional Field Manager as the "boots on the ground" leader for our Sampling Team. You will ensure consistent delivery and inspire a culture of coaching and professional development.
* Inspire & Develop: Welcome new starters and provide hands‑on coaching to help existing staff reach their full potential.
* Cultivate Relationships: Build "first-name" rapport with Store Managers to ensure our sampling activations run flawlessly.
* Quality Control: Use your sharp eye for detail to guarantee every brand experience meets our elite standards.
* Drive Performance: Instil a "can-do" culture, ensuring every activity delivers a massive return for our customers.
What we are looking for

Ideal (but not essential):
* Experience in sampling, brand activation, or promotional roles.
* Background in FMCG, retail, or experiential marketing.
