About the role
Our Assistant Managers work closely with their Store Managers to drive sales, meet KPIs, and develop their team. You will lead, motivate, and inspire staff in a store that values product knowledge and excellent customer service, especially for outdoor enthusiasts. Ensuring the store looks great and that customers are passionate about the outdoors is key. You will be a Brand Ambassador, embodying our values and passion.
About you
We seek passionate, driven individuals with retail management experience, excellent organizational skills, and a flair for visual merchandising. Clothing experience is a plus but not essential. An enthusiastic, hands-on attitude is vital.
