The role involves understanding our customers’ needs, whether they are Architects, Engineers, Main Contractors, or End Clients. Influence their product choices by providing technical expertise and guidance, as Loading Systems is recognized for manufacturing loading bay equipment.
Your key responsibilities include:
1. Expanding your network within the construction and logistics sectors, including contractors, architects, and developers
2. Developing, managing, and growing the Sales Pipeline using our Salesforce platform, selling proven loading solutions that optimize business operations
3. Managing sales processes from initial contact to successful implementation
4. Establishing and developing long-term partnerships at all levels of the sales process
5. Identifying and capitalizing on market developments

What you bring: An ability to understand customer needs at all stages of the Sales Process and build long-term relationships at all decision-making levels. With a commercial mindset and strong market insight, you close deals through technical advice, strategic relationship management, and selling our proven solutions.
You also bring:
1. At least 5 years’ experience in a Specification Sales role within the construction industry, ideally dealing with Main Contractors, Consultants, and End Clients
2. Excellent negotiating skills and experience within the specification sales process
3. A track record of developing and executing effective sales strategies

* Attractive performance-based bonus scheme with uncapped OTE
