We’re on the lookout for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our client’s team following a significant increase in recruitment needs. Monday to Friday (37 hours per week) – 2 days per week in the office and 3 days working from home. Open to flexible arrangements with school drop offs/pickups or other commitments
Key responsibilities:
* Managing high-volume in-house recruitment
* Partnering with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs
* Leading direct sourcing strategies, utilising advertising, job boards & social media to reduce agency spend
* Ensuring full recruitment compliance, including conducting DBS checks etc
* Issuing contracts, maintaining accurate reports, and ensuring attention to detail throughout all documentation
Skills and experience:
* Proven in-house recruitment experience managing multiple roles simultaneously
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Expertise in direct sourcing and social media advertising
* Experience recruiting Trades professionals would be highly beneficial
* Knowledge of recruitment compliance requirements (e.g. DBS checks, right to work etc)
* Meticulous attention to detail, especially with contracts and reporting
