The Role
* Teaching Design & Technology across KS3 and KS4, with KS5 depending on specialism
* Delivering engaging project-based learning experiences
* Supporting pupils with NEA, coursework, and examination preparation
* Promoting creativity, problem-solving, and technical precision
* Ensuring workshop health & safety compliance and risk assessment procedures
* Monitoring pupil progress and implementing attainment strategies
* Contributing to curriculum innovation and departmental planning
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* A degree in Design & Technology or related field
* Experience teaching DT at secondary level
* Strong workshop management and health & safety knowledge
* High expectations for pupil engagement and achievement
