Spicerhaart Corporate Sales is an Asset Management Company that is part of the largest independent estate agency group in the UK – The Spicerhaart Group.
The Corporate Sales team based in Blackpool provides a wide range of Property Management Services to assist banks, building societies, housing associations, property developers and other organisations in the offering bespoke property solutions for their assets.
FULL TRAINING AND SUPPORT AS YOU DEVELOP INTO THIS ROLE IS PROVIDED BY OUR EXPEREINCED TEAM
What you will be responsible for
* Managing properties in a proactive manner; working to client’s service level agreements. Focusing on time to sell and price achieved
* Liaising with clients and dealing with them in line with our customer service standards and in a fair and transparent manner
* Working with your team to deliver successful outcomes
* Liaising with external parties to obtain information, documentation and progress the property down the required route
* Reviewing information provided by third parties such as estate agents, surveyors and general contractors
* Creating recommendations using the information obtained along with supporting evidence where necessary to achieve objectives and goals
* Recommending solutions where necessary and communicate these is a timely and professional manner
* Responding to emails/written communications within required timeframes, ensuring all written communication is clear, concise and accurate
* Ensuring property records are maintained with accurate detailed information, documents stored & maintained correctly and all communications are recorded in a clear & concise manner to give a good audit trail
What you need to bring to the role
* Excellent communications skills - Able to communicate information clearly and articulately both in oral and written form
* Excellent organisational skills in order to ensure properties are processed efficiently and in a timely and cost-effective way
* Customer focused to deliver outstanding customer service for our clients and all third parties
* Ability to pick up and understand information quickly and easily
* Desire to learn new skills and tasks to assist the wider team if required
* Ability to question, check information provided paying attention to detail
* Computer Literate with experience of using Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
* Grade A - C GCSE in English and Maths or proven record of ability

Starting salary £21,000 per annum with an OTE of £23,000
You will be working Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm in an office environment – no weekends
