As a Trade Support Senior Associate within the Trading Services team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving excellence and innovation. You'll resolve deal queries with precision, ensure seamless trade bookings, and uphold the highest standards of risk management. Be part of transformative business projects, streamline processes for maximum efficiency, and collaborate with industry leaders to enhance our FX infrastructure.
Job responsibilities
1. Resolve deal queries from Back Office and Front Office, defining root causes.
2. Perform daily global core controls across the FX booking stack to ensure validity,pleteness, and accuracy of risk trade bookings.
3. Investigate and resolve risk breaks across both trading and internal risk-neutral Wash books.
4. Manage the front-to-back-end trade booking stack to ensure trades are correctly feeding from risk to settlement in a timely manner.
5. Lead business-wide project work, including major deliveries in new products, systems, and key events such as Brexit and Mifid II regulation.
6. Automate and streamline core processes to increase efficiency and offer seamless support across the business.
7. Oversee management of core tech deliveries and conduct regression/UAT testing for new flows/business.
8. Align business and processes across global regions and tertiary hub locations.
9. Create, set up, and maintain core global systems within FX infrastructure, ensuring adherence topliance and regulatory protocols.
10. Collaborate and partner with multiple internal teams to support and develop the business, including Trading, Technology,pliance, Global Project Groups, and external trade platform vendors such as LCH, Traiana, EBS, and Reuters.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
11. Strong logical/analytical mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo
12. Process flow understanding, including ability to understand current flows and linkage between systems and think how the process can be improved/streamlined
13. Previous experience in Finance industry (operations roles)
14. Availability to work from 7 am to 6 pm (shifts)
15. Excellent written and oralmunication skills
