What You’ll Be Doing:
* Managing the end-to-end operations of communal heat networks.
* Overseeing energy usage reconciliations and ensuring accurate cost allocation.
* Working with third-party billing providers to deliver clear, correct bills.
* Monitoring resident accounts and leading on debt prevention and recovery.
* Ensuring full compliance with Ofgem, Heat Trust and UK heat network standards.
* Driving improvements in efficiency, reliability, and service delivery.
* Supporting finance, operations and site teams with technical issues.
* Leading on customer service for heat-related queries and complaints.
Main Skills Needed:
* Strong background in heat networks, district heating, or energy management.
* Experience in billing, debt recovery, and financial controls.
* Working knowledge of heat network compliance and regulation.
* Numerically confident with strong analytical and Excel skills.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.
* Organised, customer-focused, and calm under pressure.
