M&E Maintenance Supervisor

Hours – Monday – Friday, 08:00 -17:00

We are currently looking to recruit an M&E Maintenance Supervisor who will supervise and manage the onsite hard services maintenance team, ensuring all day-to-day operations are delivered safely and efficiently.
As part of the M&E Maintenance Supervisor role, you will:
* Lead the day-to-day hard service maintenance operations.
* Work with scheduler to ensure all PPM and reactive works are completed safely and within specified timescales in line with the contract SLA.
* Develop a productive relationship with the client’s representatives.
* Ensure all relevant company H&S & HR policies and procedures are implemented to include incident reporting, risk assessment, Tool Box talks and efficient documentation completion.
* Carry out annual SMART reviews of technicians.
* Assist in the control and management of subcontractors on site.
* Ensure continuous improvement is an integral part of the service delivery.
* Oversee completion of all monthly reporting records as required for KPI.
As an M&E Maintenance Supervisor, we’re looking for:
* Recognised formal engineering qualification in either electrical or mechanical engineering
* Experience within a supervisory Maintenance role.
* Strong building services maintenance background.
* Experience in a similar role in a facilities management environment
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Strong decision making ability
