At Whyte & Mackay, we’re looking for two Production Team Leaders to support our bottling production teams, someone who leads from the front, sets the standard, and empowers others to succeed.
What you’ll be doing:
As a Production Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in delivering safe, high‑quality production while building a positive and inclusive team culture. You’ll:
* Lead, motivate and develop production teams to meet safety, quality and output targets
* Ensure health, safety and wellbeing are at the heart of everything you do
* Champion continuous improvement, driving better ways of working
* Maintain high quality and compliance standards in a regulated FMCG environment
* Work collaboratively with peers, stakeholders and support functions to optimise performance.
This is a role where people leadership and operational excellence go hand‑in‑hand.

Experience & background
* Experience working in an FMCG or manufacturing environment
* A track record of implementing and driving positive change
* Exposure to regulated quality and safety environments
Knowledge & practices
* Understanding of BRC, ISO and OHSAS standards
* Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies
Skills that matter
* Strong people leadership, engagement and coaching capability
* Confident communicator, able to influence at all levels
* Effective collaborator with experience working in a unionised environment
* A natural motivator who empowers teams to perform at their best
