You will join a trusted and well-established organisation who focus on offering reliable and accessible transport solutions that connectmunities and support daily travel needs. This organisation is seeking a confident and experienced HR Business Partner to join their dynamic team. This role is central to driving positive change, supporting managers, and fostering a progressive employment culture. You’ll deliver a wide range of generalist HR services, provide expert guidance on employee relations, and contribute to strategic people initiatives.


Your new role

Key responsibilities within this role include:

1. Provide first-line HR support and advice on policies, procedures, and employment matters.
2. Support organisational change, restructures, and absence management.
3. Advise on flexible working, maternity/paternity, and employee relations.
4. Ensurepliance with employment law, ACAS guidelines, and internal policies.
5. Contribute to training design and delivery, policy development, and people projects.
6. Maintain HR data and reporting, ensuring GDPRpliance.
7. Promote positive union relations and continuous process improvement.


What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this role, you will have:

8. Broad generalist HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
9. Strong knowledge of attendance management, disciplinary and grievance procedures.
10. Up-to-date understanding of employment law and ACAS guidance.
11. Enthusiasm for HR and people development.
12. Experience in L&D, including training design and facilitation.
13. Excellent writtenmunication skills for clear documentation and reporting.
14. Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
15. Approachable, resilient, and confident in challenging constructively.
16. A positive, proactive attitude with integrity and professionalism.
17. CIPD Level 3 qualified (minimum), with a willingness to progress to Level 5.
