We're seeking an Aftermarket Sales Team Leader who is both hands-on and collaborative. In this role, you'll support and coach a small sales team while also taking an active role in driving customer sales. Key responsibilities: Lead, coach and support the Aftermarket Sales team to achieve targets. Personally manage customer accounts, driving aftermarket sales across software, service contracts, retrofits, consumables and services. Oversee sales pipelines, reporting and CRM accuracy. Promote a customer-first, performance-driven culture. Build long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business. What we're looking for: Proven sales experience (aftermarket, B2B or technical sales). Some team leadership, coaching or mentoring exposure. Comfortable with inside sales, customer calls and account management. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
