Job Description
We are looking for a receptionist to work as part of the workplace team within Front of House.
Weekly alternating shift patterns: 08:30h - 17:30h and 7:30h - 16:30h
The role is part of our Workplace Experience Team and would cover the reception desk, dealing with visitors and general queries from colleagues in the building.
Duties
Providing seamless and effective delivery of all services lines to include;
1. meeting room and visitor management (includes room setup – manual handling
2. hospitality
3. telephony and email management
4. maintaining office supplies
5. stationary.
