Opportunity
Perm Recruitment Consultant/ Senior/ Principal Consultant with Built Environment or Energy Recruitment Experience either contingent or executive search. You will be a 360 recruiter with a mindset to bring in new clients.
This can be office based - where you can be supporting a high biller doing £900k a year on a warm desk or you can be more a more independant 360 biller working remotely.
Selling Points
* £30-45k Basic Salary (there are several roles at various levels, salary will reflect experience, success and billing targets in the new role)
* Work for a leader who bills more than 600/700k per year - very strong market with lots of work to go after

The further away you live from the office, the more remote time that will be possible. They are very flexible and just want good people. You could be 100% remote with just a few days a month in the office when you are getting up and running. You could have more time in the office. You will come to an agreement that works based on experience and preference.
