Are you an experienced UK Immigration professional looking for your next opportunity?
We are working with a North West London based UK immigration law firm offering a supportive team environment and flexible hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days WFH). Due to continued growth, they are seeking a skilled UK Immigration Consultant to join their in-bound immigration team.
The Role:
As a UK Immigration Consultant, you will act as a key point of contact for corporate clients and individual assignees, delivering expert guidance across a range of UK immigration matters. You will manage a diverse caseload independently, with a focus on Sponsor Licence applications, Skilled Worker visas, and other UK in-bound immigration routes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert UK immigration advice to clients and assignees, such as Sponsor Licence and Skilled Worker visa matters
* Manage a full caseload independently, ensuring timely and compliant processing of applications
* Prepare, review, and file UK immigration applications across multiple categories, including Spouse, Visit, and Citizenship applications
* Liaise directly with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors as needed
* Maintain up-to-date records in internal systems and ensure all casework complies with UK immigration regulations
* Stay informed on changes in immigration law and Home Office policies
* Support colleagues as needed with complex or urgent cases
Key Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience handling UK immigration cases, especially; Sponsor Licence applications; Skilled Worker visas; Spouse and Visit visas; British Citizenship applications
* Excellent communication and client liaison skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
* Strong research skills and attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
