We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pricing / Commercial executive to join this company. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day customer pricing requests, maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting the commercial success of the business through accurate and timely quotations.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating closely with internal teams and external clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare and manage daily customer pricing and quotation requests across freight forwarding services.
2. Communicate directly with customers to understand requirements and provide tailored pricing solutions.
3. Follow up on quotations and actively chase customer feedback to maximize conversion opportunities.
4. Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
5. Ensure all pricing information is accurate, competitive, and delivered within agreed timelines.
