What you will do
* Become an integral member of the local non-complex Adult ADHD service, working autonomously as an experienced clinician.
* Conduct assessments using specialist diagnostic tools and offer reviews for clients with established diagnoses.
* Act as a non-medical prescriber, skillfully initiating treatment and adjusting medication to achieve optimal results.
* Utilise your expert decision‑making abilities to create and execute care plans that reflect shared decision‑making principles.
* Engage proactively with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure comprehensive service delivery for service users.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate a seamless service for the referred population within the 3 Boroughs Adult ADHD and Autism Service.
* Work within the core hours of 9am to 5pm from Monday to Friday, with flexible start and finish times available for that extra work‑life balance.
