The Role:
We have an exciting opportunity within the Streetworks Team. We're seeking a proactive and organised individual to supervise our highway activity coordination team and coordinate high:impact works to minimise traffic disruption to highway users.
As aSenior Permit Scheme Activity Coordinator, you'll play an integral part in supporting the delivery of Hampshire Highways Service. We strive to deliver an outstanding service that is efficient and cost effective, meeting the needs of Hampshire's residents and our partners.

What you'll do:
You'll manage workflow, prioritise workloads, coordinate major works projects and support your team's development through mentoring and regular reviews. Handling complex coordination tasks, whilst driving improvements in utility company works will play a key part in maintaining statutory records. Your expertise will help drive continuous improvement, deliver excellent customer service, and support cost recovery and financial processes.

You'll be a confident communicator and dynamic problem solver, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellent customer service. Experience in line management and knowledge of the relevant highways legislation is essential.
