Working hours: Day shift: Monday to Friday, 07:0016:00 (42.5 hours per week) Night shift: Sunday to Thursday, 22:0007:00 (42.5 hours per week) Training requirement: All new starters must complete up to 4 weeks on the day shift before moving onto fixed nights. What youll be doing as CNC Operator: This role involves operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality components, following clear processes, and supporting downstream assembly. Key Responsibilities Load raw material into CNC machines. Scan programmes and upload them to the machine. Carry out quality checks on finished products. Label products accurately in preparation for assembly. Maintain a tidy, safe, and well-organised working environment.
