Facilities Assistant (6 Month FTC)
Leading US law firm with state-of-the-art offices in the heart of the City is seeking a confident, client-facing Facilities Assistant on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract.

Facilities Assistant Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate contractor access, ensuring all documentation, risk assessments, and permits are approved before work begins
* Administer the permit-to-work process in line with Facilities and health & safety procedures
* Support contractor/vendor coordination and soft services delivery
* Provide administrative support, maintaining accurate records and documentation
* Proactively identify and resolve Facilities operational issues
Facilities Assistant Skills & Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar administrative / customer service role, ideally within a law firm
* Exceptional customer service and administration skills
* Confident in a client facing environment
