Role Description
We are a fast-growing hair brand and training academy looking for a results-driven Marketing & Sales Growth Manager .
This role sits at the intersection of:

This person is responsible for turning visibility into revenue .
KEY OBJECTIVES Increase Shopify sales month-on-month
* Grow and nurture trade customers
* Increase social media reach, engagement, and DMs
* Build strong UGC and brand presence
* Support launches, promotions, and training bookings
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Shopify & Website Growth
* Manage and optimise the Shopify website
* Upload and optimise products (SEO, descriptions, images)
* Improve conversion rate (bundles, upsells, offers)
* Track sales performance and report insights
* Support launches and promotions
Social Media Marketing (IG, TikTok, Facebook)
* Plan and schedule weekly content
* Post daily across platforms
* Repurpose content across all channels
* Stay on top of trends in the hair industry
🔹 Sales-Focused Content Creation
* Create content designed to:
* Educate
* Build trust
* Drive sales
* Support offers, drops, and training launches
* Use CTAs strategically (DMs, links, bookings)
* Understand buyer psychology and customer pain points
🔹 Trade Customer Growth
* Actively grow and manage trade accounts
* Identify potential salons, stylists, and educators
* Support onboarding of new trade customers
* Create trade-focused content and offers
* Build long-term relationships with professionals
🔹 UGC & Community Building
* Source and manage UGC from:
* Clients
* Students
* Trade customers
* Encourage customers to create content
* Build brand ambassadors
* Repost and repurpose UGC for social proof
* Strengthen brand trust and authority
Email & Marketing Support
* email marketing campaigns
* Support blog content and educational posts
* Promote launches, offers, and training
* Help build customer journeys and retention
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Experience with Shopify
* Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok & Facebook
* Confident with short-form video content
* Sales-focused mindset (not just likes & views)
* Understanding of customer psychology
* Organised, proactive, and self-led
* Passion for hair, beauty, or education industries

Qualifications
* 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or advertising

* Experience with digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and web content management
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
* Passion for the beauty industry is a plus
