We are partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a Part-Time Accounts Assistant to support the finance function with essential accounting and administrative duties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone detail-oriented, organised and looking for flexibility in their working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Post and allocate overhead expenses in NetSuite
Process supplier and vendor payments
Reconcile supplier statements with invoices and purchase orders
Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date financial records
Provide ad hoc support to the finance team as needed
Skills & Experience Required:
Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant or similar finance role
Proficiency in NetSuite is ideal
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
