We are recruiting experienced Electrical Assembly Operatives to support a major manufacturing project in Huthwaite. You will be working on a busy production line assembling switchgear panels, carrying out wiring tasks, and ensuring high‑quality standards throughout. Key Responsibilities * Assembly of switchgear panels * Electrical wiring * CT wiring * Terminating multicores and single cores * Working on gear plates * Possible copper work depending on experience * Working from drawings and following production processes Working Hours Standard Week – 37.5 hours * Mon–Thurs: Day shift * Friday: 7:30am – 11:45am Factory Opening Hours (Overtime Available): * Mon–Thurs: 6:00am – 6:00pm * Friday: 7:30am – 11:45am * Saturday: 6:00am – 12:00pm Night shifts may be available later, subject to performance.
