1. Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
2. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers for smooth project execution.
3. Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure alignment with established goals.
4. Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve potential issues promptly.
5. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and expectations.
6. Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and safety protocols.
7. Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations in all construction activities.
8. Foster a productive and safe work environment for all team members on-site.
