An established technology services organisation is looking for an experienced Senior Network Service Engineer to join its service delivery team. This is a hands-on technical role providing 3rd line network support, resolving complex incidents, and supporting customers across diverse network environments.
Youll play a key role in maintaining and improving customer networks, acting as an escalation point for technical issues, delivering upgrades and changes, and sharing expertise with wider service teams. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide 3rd line network support and fault resolution
* Monitor, maintain, and improve customer network infrastructure
* Deliver network changes, upgrades, and patching activities
* Ensure incidents are well documented and resolved within SLAs
* Support and mentor other engineers
* Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams
About You
* 35+ years experience in network engineering or senior support
* Experience working in multi-vendor network environments
* Strong knowledge of routing, switching, wireless, and network security
* Confident troubleshooting complex network issues
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
