Job Summary
As a Senior UX Designer for Adoreboard, you'll own the end-to-end user experience across our SaaS product. You'll partner closely with engineering, product management, and customer success to translate insights into thoughtful designs. You'll be hands-on with prototyping (including AI-enhanced tools), wireframing, documentation, and iterating based on feedback.
This is a key role for someone who thrives at the intersection of customer empathy, technical feasibility, and design craft.
You will work to create exceptional user experiences that align with the overall business objectives. You will work across the wider team to ensure that you are providing and creating user experiences that lead to increased customer satisfaction and attraction for new customers.
Responsibilities
* Product Design Leadership:
Lead UX design for core product areas from concept to MVP to full rollout, partner with product management to prioritise and break down complex problems, and own and evolve our design system for consistency and scalability.
- AI-Enhanced Design & Prototyping:
Use AI-powered tools to accelerate wireframing, prototyping, and design exploration, and create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design intent.
- User Research & Testing:
Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to inform design decisions, lead wider research initiatives to ensure designs increase customer satisfaction and product adoption, and champion customer-first design thinking.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with engineering to assess technical feasibility and scope trade-offs, work with customer success and sales teams to ensure product consistency across touchpoints, and develop and maintain UX documentation to ensure clarity across teams.
- Brand & Continuous Improvement:
Ensure Adoreboard's brand is consistently represented across all product designs, and promote a culture of continuous improvement so the product stays up to date and on trend.
Skills / Abilities
* 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, ideally with
SaaS products
* Strong portfolio showcasing
wireframes, prototypes, and shipped products
.
- Fluency in tools like Figma, Sketch, or similar; openness to leveraging
AI- enabled design processes and tools
for prototyping and ideation.
- Comfortability with 'vibe coding' for design acceleration for workshop purposes.
- Experience designing for MVPs and iterating toward full-featured experiences.
- Excellent skills in creating clear
documentation and specifications
for engineering handoff.
- High level of proficiency in HTML & CSS Skills
- Strong customer empathy, with a track record of integrating
user feedback
into design, and the ability to convert feedback into requirements.

Nice to Haves:
