The Role
As a Change Project Manager, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will be responsible for supporting the business to prepare for, deliver, and adopt a wide variety of change activities and initiatives.
Day-to-day, you’ll work with the Programme Manager to deliver change programs to ensure project outcomes are achieved and benefits are realized.
* Construct plans for executing multiple change projects
* Ensure plans meet the requirements of the business and other stakeholders
* Facilitate and manage workshops and data gathering exercises
* Maintain documentation of the status of the projects
* Engage with cross-functional teams to identify constraints, dependencies, and risks
This role is full time, 37 hours per week, and can be delivered from various locations alongside home working arrangements.
Experience Required of the Change Project Manager
* Proven successful project management experience
* General understanding and awareness of financial, commercial, and legal aspects
* Background in the defence industry is advantageous but not essential
Qualifications for the Change Project Manager

The successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
