The Opportunity:
This is a high‑impact, hands‑on commercial leadership role for a senior sales executive who thrives in a builder’s environment.
You will start as an individual contributor - owning pipeline generation, closing strategic deals, and shaping our GTM motion across the UK region. As revenue grows, you will build, hire, and lead a high‑performing sales team and scale the commercial organisation.

What You Will Lead
Start: Individual Contributor (IC) Leadership
· Own the UK commercial strategy from day one
· Personally lead complex digital transformation and AI sales cycles of projects and engagements with typical budgets of £200k–£2m+
· Create a strong pipeline across AI/ML, Data, Cloud, and Modern Engineering services
· Build and manage strategic relationships with C‑level executives, IT Directors, and key decision‑makers across the UK mid‑market
· Partner with Knowledge, Solution Architecture and Delivery teams to ensure accurate scoping and technical feasibility
· Work closely with the Head of Delivery and Delivery Centres to ensure smooth handover and long‑term client success
· Represent AumentIQ at industry conferences, events, and ecosystem networking opportunities
· Conduct market and competitive research to refine our GTM and positioning
Scale: Build & Lead the Sales Team
· Hire, onboard, and develop a high‑performing Sales Team
· Build repeatable sales processes, forecasting discipline, and performance dashboards
· Coach and mentor the team to drive predictable quarterly performance
· Establish a culture of excellence, accountability, and cross‑team collaboration
· Drive alignment between Sales, Knowledge, Solution Architecture and Delivery,
Market Development & Partnerships
· Continuously analyse customer needs, market trends, and competitor movements
· Refine AumentIQ’s positioning in the UK market with initial focus on the mid‑market and later expansion into enterprise segments
· Build partnerships with technology vendors, consultancies, and system integrators
· Work with technical sales support to craft differentiated, high‑quality proposals
· Establish AumentIQ as a thought leader in AI transformation and digital innovation across the region
What You Bring:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. MBA is a plus
· 10+ years of experience in B2B technology sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
· Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in software development, digital transformation, or AI/technology services to mid-market clients
· Strong understanding of digital transformation trends, AI/ML technologies, and enterprise digitalisation development
· Experience selling to mid-sized organisations (£200k - £2m engagements) and complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes
· Demonstrated experience with consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches
· Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
· Experience building and scaling sales teams in competitive markets
· Strong network within the UK technology ecosystem, particularly in the mid-market segment
· Knowledge of software development methodologies and emerging technologies is highly valued
· Willingness to travel across the UK and occasionally to European Delivery Centres
· Languages: English - Fluent / Native‑level proficiency (mandatory)
