The role
We're hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with the founders. You'll be the execution partner across the business - aligning priorities, running cross-functional projects, and removing blockers so the team can scale faster.

What you'll do
* Turn founder priorities into clear plans, owners, and timelines.
* Run the weekly leadership cadence (agenda, actions, follow-ups, scorecards).
* Drive cross-team projects (ops, growth, product/tech, support) to completion.
* Create clarity between founders and teams; surface risks early and keep decisions moving.
* Improve processes and handoffs as we scale; document how we work.
* Prepare briefs, dashboards, and leadership updates.
* Support hiring for key roles and help new leaders land well.
* Protect founder time - filter, prioritise, and escalate what truly needs attention.
What you'll bring
* 5+ years in fast-growth environments (operator, strategy/PMO, consulting, or senior ops).
* Proven end-to-end project ownership with measurable outcomes.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management - able to manage up and across.
* Data-literate: comfortable building simple dashboards and making decisions from them.
* Process-minded, calm under pressure, high integrity and discretion.
* Nice to have: e-commerce, logistics/ops, or collectibles experience.
Success looks like (first 6 months)
* A clear, shared company plan with accountable owners and deadlines.
* Weekly leadership rhythm in place; actions consistently closed.
* 2–3 cross-functional initiatives delivered end-to-end.
* Fewer founder bottlenecks; faster decisions and cleaner execution.
