Eventus Legal are seeking a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join a successful law firm based in the firm’s Corby office in Northamptonshire. This is a permanent, full‑time job within a highly successful law firm. Benefits include a good holiday allowance and parking on‑site.
Role Responsibilities
The incoming Dispute Resolution Solicitor will be responsible for dealing with an existing caseload of Litigation files which include but not limited to:
* Landlord and Tenant disputes.
* Contentious Probate.
* Contractual Disputes.
* Employment Law and Employment Tribunal proceedings.
* Settlement Agreements.
* Civil Litigation.
* Commercial Disputes between Businesses.
* Boundary Disputes.
Person Specification
As the incoming Dispute Resolution Solicitor, you will be expected to have expertise in the full range of Dispute Resolution matters and be able to contribute to the mentoring of other team members and technical advice required by our clients.
* Strong Litigation experience.
* 5 Years PQE.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word and Outlook.
* Excellent communication and client care skills.
* Expert drafting skills.
* Strong organisation skills.
* Clear verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to summarise and present complex information in a clear and accessible way.
* Innate ability to work methodically and accurately with an excellent attention to detail.
* Strong presentation skills.
