The businesses

Due to a period of growth, I am seeking an Administrator and Social Media Executive to help with the running of my projects.

This role will span a few projects:

* A supercar club
* An online digital business aimed at Accountants
* An Outsourced Finance Director business
* A car based Youtube channel and racing team

Administration duties:

Supercar club:

* Managing membership approval and rejections.
* Requesting and managing membership payments and trial periods.
* Updating the members logs, checking for birthdays and general administration where members are concerned.
* Researching and helping to organise events.
* Looking for potential partners and managing relationships.
* Looking for and maintaining member discount options and sponsors.

Online business:

* Managing client onboarding, taking payments and chasing paperwork.
* Dealing with potential and current client enquiries.
* Researching and helping to organise events.
* Looking for potential partners and managing relationships.

Outsourced Finance Director business:

* Maintaining client records to ensure we have the correct contact information.
* Getting records for Anti-Money Laundering.
* Assisting with the creation of month end reporting.
* Maintaining inboxes and dealing with client queries where possible.
* Organising and sending birthday cards and Christmas gifts.

Youtube channel and racing team:

* Organising cars to review.
* Organising travel arrangements.
* Looking for places to review cars in the area on maps.
* Looking for sponsorships and partners for the channel and racing.

Social Media:

You will be responsible for the social media of the supercar club, Youtube and online business, to include:

* Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with followers.
* Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and audience interaction.
* Monitor social media trends and analyse engagement metrics to optimise campaigns.

This role will be a minimum of 15 hours per week (I expect nearer to 20 hours per week in reality), but will also grow over time and will also come with bonuses and other benefits as the projects do, which I need you to help me with as I just do not have the time to do all the things I know I should be doing

Candidates in study will be considered too, it's more important that you have the right attitude, drive and organisational skills than experience is.

Skills

* Experience in social media management across multiple platforms (even just for personal use is fine).
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively (this is REALLY important).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in British English.
* Knowledge of public relations principles and practices.
* Creative flair for content development including writing, editing, and visual presentation.
* Ability to analyse data and generate insights for campaign optimisation.
* Proficiency in relevant software such as MS Office Suite and social media tools.
* A proactive approach with excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail. This position offers an engaging environment where creativity meets organisation, providing valuable experience in both administrative management and digital marketing within a professional setting.
* Ability to communicate with different personalities and people from differing backgrounds, with a genuine interest in growing and maintaining relationships.
* The ability and confidence to pester me relentlessly when I've not done something you need me to do.
* A sense of humour (or you'll hate us).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £30,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
