We’re seeking an experienced practitioner with excellent behaviour management, strong subject expertise (Biology, Chemistry or Physics), and a track record of raising attainment across KS3–KS4. Establish calm, purposeful classrooms underpinned by consistent behaviour routines. Contribute to curriculum design, assessment strategy and shared planning. Support STEM enrichment (clubs, competitions, trips) and whole‑school initiatives. About You QTS (or equivalent) with strong subject knowledge in Biology / Chemistry / Physics and general Science at KS3–KS4. Proven behaviour management ; able to build positive relationships and sustain high expectations.
