Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in West Bromwich for a Sales Coordinator. The Sales Coordinator will support sales operations by managing client inquiries, coordinating schedules, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the sales team. Additional tasks include preparing sales reports, ensuring customer satisfaction, and assisting with the development of sales strategies to help meet business goals.
Qualifications
* Proficient in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations
* Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication
* Experience with Sales and account management
* Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational abilities
* Proficiency in standard office software and CRM platforms is preferred
* Ability to work effectively in a team and in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of waste management or environmental services is an advantage
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is a plus but not required
