About the role
We’re recruiting for a creative Brand Marketing Manager to join the George clothing team based in Lutterworth for a minimum of 3 days. Reporting to the Senior Manager Brand Marketing Clothing, the role is responsible for full brand marketing and campaigns across ladieswear, menswear, kids, license, and events. Managing a team of four and working closely with key stakeholders including Content Planning Manager, Brand Marketing Team, and the wider Brand Channel Teams.
The brand marketing team’s purpose is to deliver the brand strategy to the customer and ensure that marketing and creative spends drive great return on investment across both commercial returns and brand equity.
The Brand Marketing Manager – Clothing will be responsible for delivering innovative marketing campaigns across all channels, ensuring all brand messages are consistent and customer-centric. Key responsibilities include:
* Holding key relationships across trading channels and product teams to align brand communications for growth and reputation
* Building relationships within marketing, creative, product, digital, insights, and customer experience teams to understand business goals
* Developing and implementing marketing strategies that promote the company’s brand and message
* Creating and aligning the Brand Communication strategy with business objectives
* Collaborating with external partners like agencies and media outlets for campaign development
* Translating brand strategy into actionable plans considering customer sentiment and market insights
* Overseeing marketing campaign execution across channels
* Leading clothing projects from concept to creation
* Managing the brand communication budget effectively
* Planning PR campaigns, influencer partnerships, community programs, and events to boost brand engagement
* Creating and executing a content editorial calendar
* Monitoring campaign performance and ROI
* Reporting on brand performance using KPIs and sales data
* Staying updated with fashion marketing trends and technologies
About You
* Experience in Brand Management or similar in the Fashion industry
* Creativity and innovative thinking
* Strong communication skills
* Marketing expertise including research, segmentation, targeting
* Creative and strategic thinking
* Analytical skills for data-driven decisions
* Project management capabilities
* Leadership skills to manage teams and cross-functional collaboration
