Role: Support Manager Location: Ipswich, Suffolk Hours: Full Time, Permanent Salary: £60,000 per annum About the role Our client are looking for a dedicated and experienced Support Manager to oversee or assist in the day-to-day running of one of their care homes. This role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining financial oversight with a strong focus on occupancy, and providing leadership, support, and mentorship to staff to ensure the delivery of exceptional, person-centred care to their residents.
