Job Title: Part Time Customer Service Agent (Weekend Work) Clients: Hertz 24/7 Salary: 16 paid hours per week. (£10,400) plus up to £100 monthly bonus. Location: Konecta, Ringwood Working Location: Konecta, Pullman Way, Ringwood, Hampshire - Hybrid Hours: 16 hours per week – Saturday to Sunday from 07:00 – 22:00 (we have different shifts between these hours) Main Purpose of Role Konecta is pleased to offer this opportunity working on behalf of a Hertz 24/7 to provide exceptional customer service across multi channels – live webchat, emails and alerts. There will also be occasional outbound calls required. As a Customer Service Agent, you are in the best position to support our customers to achieve the best from our products, providing support information and assistance across a number of different communication channels. Our Customer Service Agent are true ambassadors for Hertz 24/7, with a passion for what they do. You will be a key member in supporting customers to achieve the best of our product. Skills Requirements ● To be fluent in English. ● Breathe great Customer Service and understand how important it is to put the Customer at the heart of our business and interactions. ● Being an excellent communicator is essential, whether it is amending details or fixing a problem you will ensure are Customers are kept informed and help navigate them on their journey with us. ● Be an ambassador for Hertz 24/7 and represent the brand to the highest standard. ● Have a passion for helping others and an ability to persuade and communicate with people on different levels. ● A logical approach to resolving issues. ● Significant experience of working with Customers, either face to face or remotely / phone. ● Proficient in computer technology and systems ● Excellent grammar and spelling ● Able to positively influence others ● Great team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills ● Excellent attention to detail Who are Konecta Group? Konecta operational hours are 7am – 10pm Monday to Sunday but this role will be 16 hours a week on Saturdays and Sundays. Systems & Training Full training will be given by Konecta and will include supporting on-going training requirements for the duration of the project. You will also receive a full company induction that will include many areas such as Data Protection Act and all other systems and soft skills training. Agent must be able to attend 2 weeks training Monday – Friday. Opportunity for Growth The suitable candidate will be welcomed into the team where they will work alongside established, skilled consultants to help ‘raise the bar’ in terms of customer experience. Across the campaign the team will have SMART objectives. These will be communicated by the Customer Experience Director (on behalf of the client). Growth and development are encouraged and supported and over time the team member will have the opportunity to progress their role and take on additional duties. This added responsibility being rewarded with a salary increase.
