An established business, my client is going through an exciting period of growth and seeking an Accounts Administrator / Accounts Assistant to join their finance team.
Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Accounts and working as part of a small friendly, supportive and professional team, key duties will include:
- Processing and coding purchase invoices
- Statement reconciliations
- Supplier query resolution
- Supporting with preparing payment runs
- Raising sales invoices
- Assisting with credit control and customer invoice queries
- General finance administration
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have purchase and/or sales ledger or finance administration experiencebined with an ability to learn new processes and systems. A proactive and strong team player mindset will be pivotal.
What you'll get in return
Starting salary circa £29000 - £31000 dependent on experience
